I have found a mp3 to ringtone cutter for java mobile. many mp3 cutter have uploaded. But Some mp3 cutter not working properly in simple java mobile.  This software works in all java mobile properly. So i share it. This software works best in  nokia 2700 classic.
How to use this soft: Open the soft and select a .mp3 file. Then go option>cut MP3 . Now give start time and end time and press ok. It ask application access. Press "yes" . Then close the soft and go to your file manager where the .mp3 file have
